RASL REFEREE RESOURCES
Welcome to our Referee Resource Center! We want to thank you for participating and supporting our soccer league this season, for without referees we cannot hold any soccer games. Beginning this August we will have many children and teens participating in the Riverside Adventist Soccer League; that’s a lot of soccer games to referee. RASL has put-together some very important information to share with our referees. Please feel free to provide feedback to make our program better!

The RASL Referee Training Program
Program Overview
RASL is committed to recruiting and developing referees who can provide a high-level of quality and experience as officials to our soccer league so we have initiated a successful Mentor Referee program that provides excellent training and a support system to all our officials. We try to match up a new Referee’s with a seasoned/experienced Mentor for his/her first regular season games. The mentor observes the match either as an Assistant Referee in the match or as a side judge from the touchlines – not an official in the match. In both cases, Referee Mentors are trained to provide feedback and support to the new Referee’s. If you feel you posses the right qualities to be a ref for RASL, let us know! We appreciate your help and support.
