The RASL application provided to register your child to play is easy to read, follow and fill-out. Open the Application file to review the information, print the form, fill out all the spaces with as much information as you can provide. Then simply cut along the dotted line and return via U.S. Mail with a check for $75.00 to complete the enrollment process, it’s that easy!
